DAY 1 | ARRIVE IN BERGEN

Touching down at Bergen Airport, collect your hire car and take the short drive into the city. After checking in at your hotel, spend the afternoon easing into your new surroundings with a wander through cobbled streets, colourful wooden houses and waterfront views. Pause to breathe in the fresh Nordic air and soak up the relaxed pace of life. As evening falls, venture out in search of one of Bergen’s inviting restaurants, where local flavours await.

DAY 2 | EXPLORE BERGEN

Spend the day discovering Bergen, Norway’s second-largest city. Take the Fløibanen funicular from the city centre to the summit of Mount Fløyen, where panoramic fjord views, scenic trails, and a restaurant and cafe with a fantastic view await. DAY 3 | KVAM & HARDANGER TO VOSS

Hit the road from Bergen to Voss through Kvam and alongside the stunning Hardangerfjord. Day 5 | ACTIVE FJORD EXPLORER DAY

Kick off from Voss for a day packed with adventure! Begin by train from Voss, hike from Myrdal, zoom downhill on a mountain bike to Flåm, then feel the thrill on a fast RIB fjord safari through UNESCO-listed waters. Next, sea-kayak beneath towering cliffs, enjoy a BBQ on a hidden beach, and soak in the spectacular fjord scenery. Finish with a scenic drive along Stalheimsvegen’s hairpin bends back to Voss — a day of adrenaline, stunning views, and unforgettable memories!

DAY 6 | VIKAFJELL PASS & THE MIGHTY SOGNEFJORD

Begin with a spectacular drive over the Vikafjell mountain road, where vast plateaus and rugged peaks give way to sweeping views. Descend towards the mighty Sognefjord, Norway’s longest and deepest fjord, its glassy waters framed by steep, forested slopes and snow-dusted summits. Board the car ferry and cross the fjord, before continuing past the picturesque villages of Leikanger and Hermansverk. Arrive in Sogndal, the lively hub of the region, then travel onwards to Hafslo and your boutique farm hotel.

DAY 9 | SOGNEFJELLET MOUNTAIN PASS & THE OLD STRYN ROAD

Today’s journey is nothing short of magnificent, taking you along two of Norway’s most celebrated mountain routes: Sognefjellet and Gamle Strynefjellsvegen. Wind your way past dramatic peaks, shimmering glaciers, and vast plateaus where snow often lingers through summer. DAY 10 | EXPLORE NORDFJORD - LOEN SKYLIFT

Today is yours to spend as you wish, with Loen offering adventures to suit every pace. Ride the spectacular Loen Skylift—one of the world’s steepest cable cars—soaring up to the summit of Mount Hoven for jaw-dropping views over sparkling fjords and towering peaks. DAY 11 | GEIRANGERFJORD & EAGLES ROAD

Set out from Loen and drive to Hellesylt, where you’ll board the ferry for a spectacular cruise through the UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord. Towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls and tiny mountain farms clinging to the slopes make this one of Norway’s most unforgettable journeys. Arriving in Geiranger, continue by car up the famous Eagle’s Road (Ørneveien), a series of dramatic hairpin bends offering breathtaking views back across the fjord. From here, follow scenic mountain roads through ever-changing landscapes before looping back to Loen.

DAY 12 | HOMEWARD BOUND

Today you head to the charming coastal town of Ålesund, famed for its Art Nouveau architecture, scenic harbour, surrounding fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps.

If you leave Loen just after breakfast you will arrive in Ålesund with time for lunch in the town before heading out to the airport where you will leave the car before your return flight home, via Oslo.
